Task Based Plans... Customized Pricing

Ideal for small businesses and individual professionals who need assistance on a specific one time project. We undertake projects from start to finish and you pay only for a particular project!  Have a single  task you want carried out? Contact us with the details! We will get back to you with a quote as soon as possible.


Going on vacation for a month? Have a conference coming up?  Need us to pick up the slack? 
We'll  provide you flexibility.   

Customized packages available upon request. 

Our plans do not distinguish between business and personal tasks.
 

Payment Terms 

Minimum of one hour charged for all services. Fees calculated in 15 minutes intervals after first hour.  Services for monthly plans are secured by deposit of 50% of payment before services are rendered.  All hourly services are paid in advance by cash, check, or money order, payable to: Jacqueline M. Staton.  Services scheduled with less than 24 hour notice will incur a $25 additional fee and do not include charges for third party vendors. 

All unused hours of monthly plans must be used within 30 days of the first hour services started. Hours not used will be forfeited on the 31st day. 

All errand rates include time from the beginning of task, including the start of travel to the end of travel. Any transportation of pets requires suitable carrier and proof of vaccinations. Cancellations less than 24 hours of scheduled service will result in a $150.00 cancellation fee.  The full price of services will be charged if failure to provide any notice of cancellation.  Special scheduling required outside of our regular business hours may be arranged and will be assessed a $30 convenience fee each day in addition to regular fees, unless previously discussed and agreed in contract.

Methods of Payment 

We currently only accept cash, money orders, online Paypal payment and checks.
We respectfully request payment at  the time services are rendered.

Privacy Policy
All personal and credit card information collected by At Your Service will be gathered for the   purpose of providing concierge/assistant services and billing the client for services rendered. We will never disclose to a third party, except for the purposes of completing the client???s financial obligation to At Your Service.
